I offer workshops for artists and non-artists, performers, and community groups that explore story, embodiment, and collective reflection. These workshops draw on my background as a dramatherapist and theatre-maker, and are shaped by psychophysical, mythic, and ritual-informed practices.
While informed by therapeutic ways of working, these workshops are not therapy. They can, however, be deeply therapeutic in nature, offering participants space for grounding, reflection, and meaningful creative encounter within artistic, educational, and community contexts.
Approach
My workshops are rooted in embodied practice and attentive facilitation. I draw on techniques from psychophysical theatre, storytelling, myth and folklore, autobiographical practice, and ritual as a way of supporting exploration, connection, and care within creative processes.
I am particularly interested in how artists and performers can work with vulnerability, identity, and personal material in ways that are held, ethical, and sustainable.

These workshops are facilitated with sensitivity, consent, and choice at their core. They are designed for artistic, educational, and reflective contexts, rather than clinical settings. Any therapeutic benefit arises through creative and embodied engagement, rather than through formal therapy.
I also offer group dramatherapy separately from this work, within appropriate therapeutic frameworks.
